Expanding Horizon University was founded in 2015 as a Ltd liability company and institution in Cameroon.

By 2026, after years of growth , experience and experimentation, the registered office was transferred to the Republic of Kenya With the name Expanding Horizon Global Institute for legal and administrative reasons, under a continuation arrangement and regular public deed.

 

In 2022 Expanding Horizon University was incorporated in the Canada, Edmonton As An organization that provides educational services.

 

However, in the Republic of Panama and Edmonton, Expanding Horizon University is not committed in any economic or financial activity, does not receive payments from any student and it has no bank accounts.

 

Expanding Horizon education Institute office in Kenya, Gambia, Cameroon and Sierra leon, allows, through the implied authorization resulting from their duly registered status, to carry out business worldwide as an Educational commercial entity.

 

The international institutions mentioned in our Accreditation Status have provided a licence to Expanding Horizon Global Institute/Expanding Horizon University, thus licensing Expanding Horizon University’s distance learning programmes globally.

 

The relevant fiscal, administrative and economic activity is carried out in Cameroon, Gambia, Sierraleon and Kenya by Expanding Horizon Global institute according to the respective tax systems, or international where applicable.

 

Our founding principles are based on the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights; according to Article 26, Expanding Horizon University believes that higher education is an inalienable human right.

 

Expanding Horizon University has implemented a paradigm shift educational model for its academic programs. All that has allowed Expanding Horizon to approach a humanistic goal through internal regulation, decentralization of the learning process and a modern and shared sustainable learning model.
